How often do you update? New strips are posted at least every month.
Where does the name of the strip come from? The name was suggested by our lucky competition winner, Kirsty, aged 8 from East Sussex. Well done, Kirsty! And keep up the good work.
 
What is the inspiration behind the strip? Depressed at the prospect of being made redundant in the middle of a recession, my workplace suddenley felt like the Fuhrehbunker in Berlin in 1945, with the Allied approach and our impending doom a grim certainty, I still had to smile politely at the people promising me that everything could be salvaged if we just managed to recalculate the financial spreadsheets or rebrand the marketing. We were not waving but downfalling.
 

So you identify with Hitler? I am an anarchist, so not his vile politics, no. I just thought his demented attempts to rectify an inescapable defeat, coupled with the symbolic burial-chamber of the bunker are an archetypal situation comedy on the human condition. Plus its always funny to see Hitler fall over.
What is mulching? Mulching is a process of inbred fertilization which employs certain decomposed organic materials-- including, but not limited to animal sediment-- to blanket an area in which vegetation is desired. The procedure enriches the soil for stimulated plant development while, at the same time, preventing erosion and decreasing the evaporation of moisture from the ground.
